A fairly level walk on the top of The Longmynd where the views are extensive.
One of my favourite walks. In a short distance you gain height to see wonderful views all around you. On the top are the earthworks of an Iron Age hill-fort. You will feel that you have been in the hills after this walk.
A beautiful walk through woods. Wonderful when the rhododendrons are out in the spring.
A walk with easy hills, through fields and woods and passing a working replica of a trebuchet.
This is a walk around the base of this famous old hill. The track goes up and down, but never too steeply, through the woods and provides a delightful walk at any time of the year.
A walk along Wenlock Edge where you can find fossils and see across the Shropshire Plain.
A lovely walk around an upland farm with views to Caradoc and the Clee Hills.
This walk takes you into the area of old lead workings (The Romans mined lead here) and the church at Lordshill. Mostly through woodland. There are views of the hills around you.
An attractive walk through Forestry Commission land on well marked tracks. There are excellent views over the River Severn and Shrewsbury. Car Parking and a picnic site.
This is Shropshire. A lovely walk with excellent views which goes round Hope Bowdler Hill.
A walk with good views around a wooded nature reserve. Snowdrops in January, bluebells in April.
A walk on The Stiperstones, made famous by writers and poets. On this route you can visit the Devil's Chair.
A walk with views into Wales with the historic interest of a Bronze Age stone circle.
Starts at the historic hamlet of Upton Cressett. Route over arable land and along streams with excellent views.
An easy walk over and around a wooded hill with views and snowdrops or bluebells in season.
A walk with beautiful views, typical of the Shropshire Hills, which leads to the gliding station on the top of The Longmynd.
A walk which, on a clear day, will give you wonderful views all around you.
An interesting and varied walk with a restored mill and millwheel at Rindleford. Bluebells in the Spring.
